Spring Creek

Ever since I was a little girl one of my favorite places to go was Spring Creek in Lewistown Montana. A large majority of my family lives in Lewistown and we would often spend our summers there. Visiting Spring Creek and the fish hatchery were two of my favorite things. Today, I found myself missing Lewistown, so it was funny to run across a picture taken of Spring Creek! This picture was taken by a local photographer named, Bob Christensen.

First Three Pictures

This picture was just an automatic point and shoot picture from my iPhone. All I did was cropped the picture and added a tiny bit of highlighting to the image. There was a small almost red picture in the bottom right hand corner, so I took it out.

Midterm on the brain

With having the midterm recently assigned I decided to research pictures that we might be able to take on our photography vacation! I found two that really interested my in the National Geographic magazine!

This picture is of the Aurora, Yukon. This picture was taken by Paul Nicklen in Yukon Canada.

This is a picture of Polar Bears in Svalbard, which is one of the places that we want to visit on our trip!

You are not a photographer

I came across this funny "you are not a photographer" link on buzzfeed the other night. I found it pretty funny, so thought I would share it with everybody! :)
